2013 Vin Santo Umpqua Valley - an Italian style dessert wine made from grapes dried on straw mats for a month which concentrates the sugars and flavors. Allowed to ferment with native yeast for 3 years in French oak this wine is super complex and interesting to explore.
Pairs well with: Fruit tarts or creme brulee.
