2023 Rosato

The 2023 Sangiovese based Rosé is picked early in harvest.  We press whole clusters of grapes for 24 hours and then the juice is fermented in a stainless-steel tank at cool temperatures to preserve the fruit.  This is a bright crisp Rosé with balanced acidity on the finish. 

Tasting Notes: Smooth hint of dried strawberry and minerality on the nose, lead to melon notes with abright acidic finish.
