2019 GSM

Our classic GSM is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre blend. 53% Grenache, 34% Syrah and 13% Mourvèdre sourced from the volcanic riverbed and western hills of Southern Oregon. Aged in 30% new French oak.

Tasting Notes: Our GSM opens with notes of dried cherries, plum, coco, and hints of allspice over a rich, full body with medium to high tannins and a vibrant rich, mouthfeel.

Pairs well with: Beef Stew and your holiday cheese board.
