2018 Reserva Tempranillo

Paul O’Brien Reserva is only made in the best vintages. Thus far 2013, 2014, 2016 and 2018 were of high enough quality to be deserving of the title Reserva. This wine is a  winemaker barrel select of the best lots from 2018, by tasting through every barrel to select the very best barrels from the vintage.

Aged 24 months in new French oak gives this amazingly rich wine structure and balance. The dark savory core is enveloped by black cherry and mocha aromas.

This is a wonderful wine to savor by itself with a good cigar while sitting around the campfire after dinner.
