The 2018 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is our first offering from the appellation. A 50/50 blend of fruit from the Yamhill Carlton AVA and the Chehalem Mountains AVA. Fermented with 24% whole cluster to improve structure and lift; this wine exhibits the best the Willamette Valley has to offer. Ripe black cherry, baking spice and firm tannins make this a perfect pairing with pan seared duck breast or a mushroom risotto.
