2018 Petite Sirah

Our Petite Sirah comes from Southern Oregon which offers warm days and cool nights; perfect for ripening this highly tannic variety. We aged this wine for two years in French Oak to mellow the tannins and one year in bottle to allow the fruit to express itself.

Tasting notes: A full body with a mouthfeel that is often described as chewy and intense. Our Petite Sirah offers up flavor notes rich in plums and smoky, dark-berried fruits. It also releases a heady mix of spices, dark chocolate, caramel, licorice, vanilla, graphite and wet slate.

Pairs well with: Tri-tip cooked over an oak fire
