2015 Mistelle of Pinot Noir

Also known as Vin du Liqueur, mistelles are made of grape juice that was prevented from fermenting by the addition of grape spirits, or brandy. This wine opens with notes of delicate strawberry and a hint of caramel and vanilla. Aging will give way to flavors of dried cranberry and spice. Our Mistelle is a perfect aperitif for holiday parties or delightful when served with chocolate desserts.
